A thirteen-year-old girl was admitted to treat right renal stones. On her history, she has previously open nephrolithotomy approximately ten years ago. Radiological investigation for right kidney showed grade 3 hydronephrosis, large stone (20 mm) at the ureteropelvic junction, 3 small stones (4 mm, each) at the lower pole and decreasing renal function. Laparoscopic nephrolithotomy by using two ports was performed. All stones were removed by basket catheter using the compact cystoscope inserted through the second port to renal calyx. Postoperative scar was minimal. The aim of the video presentation is to show the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic minimal invasive surgery in the treatment of urinary stone in the appropriate cases by representing the surgical techniques of this case.

On üç yaşında kız hasta sağ böbrek taşı nedeni ile getirildi. Hikâyesinde yaklaşık on yıl önce sağ böbreğine taş nedeni ile açık cerrahi yapıldığı öğrenildi. Radyolojik tetkiklerinde sağ böbrekte, grade 3 hidronefroz, üreteropelvik bileşkede büyük taş (20 mm), alt polde 3 adet küçük taş (4’er mm) ve böbrek fonksiyonlarında azalma saptandı. Hastaya çift port ile laparoskopik nefrolitotomi yapıldı. Taşları ikinci porttan böbrek alt polüne yerleştirilen operatif sistoskop yardımıyla basketle çıkarıldı. Postoperatif yara izi minimaldi. Bu video sunumunun amacı bu olgudaki cerrahi teknik detayları göstererek uygun olgularda böbrek taşı tedavisinde tek seans laparoskopik minimal invaziv cerrahinin uygulanabilirliliğini ve güvenli olduğunu göstermektir.
