A four-year-old boy was admitted with hypertension. On his history, he has previously four times posterior urethral valve operations. Radiological investigation showed left nonfunction atrophic left kidney with vesicoureteral reflux. Single port laparoscopic nephroureterectomy assisted with suspensory Kirschner wire and ureteroscope inserted through the ureter was successfully performed. Postoperative scar was no except umbilical natural scar. The aim of the video presentation is to show the feasibility of scarless laparoscopic minimal invasive surgery in the urinary organ resection by representing the surgical techniques of this case.

Dört yaşında erkek hasta hipertansiyon nedeni ile getirildi. Hikâyesinde dört kez posterior üretral valf ameliyatı geçirdiği öğrenildi. Radyolojik tetkiklerinde fonksiyonu olmayan reflülü atrofik sol böbrek saptandı. Hastaya tek port ile laparoskopik nefroüreterektomi, asıcı kirşner teli ve üretere yerleştirilen üreteroskop yardımı ile başarılı bir şekilde yapıldı. Postoperatif göbek dışı yara izi yoktu. Bu video sunumunun amacı bu olgudaki cerrahi teknik detayları göstererek uygun olgularda nefroüreterektominin laparoskopik minimal invaziv cerrahi teknik ile izsiz uygulanabilirliğini göstermektir.
