DUODENAL OBSTRUCTION CAUSED BY ACUTE APPENDICITIS WITH DUODENAL OBSTRUCTION CAUSED BY ACUTE APPENDICITIS WITH DUODENAL OBSTRUCTION CAUSED BY ACUTE APPENDICITIS WITH INTESTINAL MALROTATION IN A CHILD

     Although acute appendicitisis a common reason for surgical abdominal pain, malrotation anomalies are rarely seen. In patients with malrotation, diagnosis of acute appendicitisis more difficult. In childhood, duodenal obstruction due to acute appendicitis with the presence of malrotation has not been reported. As far as we know, this is the first report of such a case.

İntestinal Malrotasyonlu Bir Çocukta Akut Apandisitin Sebep Olduğu Duodenal Obstruksiyon

     Akut apandisit, cerrahi karın ağrılarının yaygın bir sebebi olmasına rağmen malrotasyon anomalileri nadiren görülür. Malrotasyonlu hastalarda akut apandisitin tanısı daha da zordur. Çocuklarda malrotasyon varlığında akut apandisitin sebep olduğu duodenal obstruksiyon rapor edilmemiştir. Bu, ilk vaka sunumudur.
