A fifteen-year old boy with the symptoms of excessive sweating, polydipsia, polyuria and hypertension was diagnosed as bilateral pheochromacytoma. Laparoscopic bilateral tumoral excision was performed. The patient had no problem in the follow-ups. The aim is to emphasize the feasibility of laparoscopy in malignant tumoral lesions even in bilateral cases by demonstrating the surgical details with this HD video presentation

Aşırı terleme, polidipsi, poliuri ve hipertansiyon belirtileri olan onbeş yaşında erkek çocuğa iki taraflı feokromasitoma tanısı konuldu. Hastaya laparoskopik bilateral tümör eksizyonu yapıldı. Ameliyat sırasında ve sonrasındaki takiplerinde herhangi bir sıkıntısı olmadı. Ameliyatın teknik detayları gösterilerek bilateral malign tümoral lezyonlarda minimal cerrahinin uygulanabilirliğinin HD video şeklinde gösterilmesi amaçlandı.
