Transvers testicular ectopia ( both testes migrate toward the same hemiscrotum; TTE) or crossed testicular ectopia is a rare anomaly which both testes migrate towards the same hemiscrotum. Previously, such cases that were diagnosed during operation by professional radiologists are decipted easly nowadays. We presented a report about TTE that in a patients for six months. Laporascopic surgery  was presented according to identified two testis tissue on the left inguinal region at preoperatively ultrasound in a patient that admitted with left inguinal swelling, left undescended testicle,right impalpable testis.A conservative surgical approach was chosen; transseptal orchiopexy was preferred in case. One year follows were unevenful. Transverse testicular ectopia is a rare case and usually on the right side in an ectopic location. But in that case clinical finding was undescended testis on the same side and inguinal hernia on the left side. We thought that both cases are rare in the literature show differences as well as to provide.

Transvers testiküler ektopi (iki testisin aynı skrotal kompartmanda saptanması; TTE) ya da kros testiküler ektopi göç sırasında her iki testisin aynı skrotuma inmesi olup oldukça nadir görülen bir patolojidir. Daha önceleri operasyon sırasında tanısı konulan bu tür olgular günümüzde deyimli radyologlar tarafından tanısı kolaylıkla konulabilmektedir. Burada 6 aylık bir hastada görülen TTE sunulmaktadır. Sol kasığında şişlik, sol inmemiş testis, sağ impalpabl testis nedeniyle başvuran hastaya operasyon öncesinde yapılan ultrasonda solda inguinal bölgede iki adet testis dokusuna rastlanması üzerine laparoskopik cerrahi girişim yapıldı. Hastada bir cerrahi yaklaşım olan transeptal orşiopeksi tercih edildi. Bir yıllık takibinde herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşılmadı. Transvers testiküler ektopi ender görülen ve genellikle sağ testis ektopik lokalizasyonda olup klinik bulgu aynı tarafta inmemiş testis ve karşı tarafta inguinal herni şeklindedir. Olgumuzda, inmemiş testis ve herni, ektopik testis sol tarafta görülmekteydi. Hem nadir görülen hem de literatürdeki vakalardan farklı olmasından dolayı sunmayı düşündük
