Introduction: We report here a three year old boy with a traumatic bladder dome rupture repaired by laparoscopic intracorporeal sutures.

Case Report: A 3 year old boy fell from second floor of his house on the ground. He had traumatic lesion on his lower abdomen and pelvic fracture. Due to bloody urine drainage, a cystography has been ordered and an extravasation from the dome of bladder into the peritoneum has been detected. At laparoscopy, a three cm long vertical perforation at the dome of the bladder has been found. The perforation was repaired in two layers with introcorporeal suture technic. The postoperative course was uneventful.

Conclusion: Laparoscopic repair of traumatic perforation of bladder dome is a safe and effective minimally invasive method. The cosmetic outcome is superior.

Giriş: Laparoskopik intrakorporal suturlerle onarımı yapılan bir travmatik mesane domu perforasyonlu olgunun videosunu sunuyoruz.

Olgu Sunumu: Üç yaşında erkek hasta, evlerinin ikinci katından sert zemine düşme nedeniyle getirildi. Alt abdomende lezyonları ve pelvis kırığı vardı. Kanlı idrar nedeniyle yapılan sistografisinde mesane domundan peritona idrar ekstravazasyonu olduğu saptandı. Laparoskopide mesane domunda 3 cm uzunluğunda vertikal bir perforasyon saptandı. İntrakorporal sutur tekniği kullanılarak perforasyon alanı iki tabaka halinde kapatıldı. Hasta postoperatif dönemi sorunsuz geçirdi.

Sonuç: Mesanenin travma sonucu perforasyonunun onarımında laparoskopi güvenli ve etkili bir yöntemdir ve kozmetik sonuçları çok iyidir.
