Objective: Applied to burns patients admitted with the operation have been introduced.

Material and methods: Types of surgery to made 145 patients and the number of these surgeries were examined, in our burn center between January 2010 - January 2013.

Results: Wound dressings and debridement, skin grafts, amputations, and eskarotomi fasiotomi were the most frequent operation. Forty-nine (40%) patients underwent multiple and different operations. The most common operation with the splitter thickness skin graft was 356 cases. One patient underwent a maximum of 61 transactions. Total 1192 operations were performed (table 1). The most common type of burn, which meets scalds, often because they contain regions of limbs and joints form a group of more than one operation was required.

Amaç: Yanık ile başvuran hastalara uygulanan operasyonlar ortaya konuldu.

Gereç ve Yöntem: Ocak 2010 - Ocak 2013 arasında yanık merkezimize çocuk yaş grubundaki 145 hastaya uygulanan operasyon çeşitleri ve sayıları geriye dönük olarak incelendi.

Bulgular: Yara pansumanı ve debridmanı, deri greftleri, amputasyonlar, fasiotomiler ve eskarotomiler en sık uygulanan operasyonlardı. Kırkdokuz (%40)  hastaya birden fazla ve farklı operasyon uygulandı. En sık operasyon 356 vaka ile splitt thickness deri grefti idi. Bir hastaya en çok 61 işlem uygulandı. Toplam operasyon sayısı 1192 idi (Tablo 1). En sık karşılan yanık tipi olan haşlanmalar sıklıkla ekstremite ve eklem bölgelerini içerdiğinden birden fazla operasyon gereken grubu oluşturdu
