   There was suspicious mass appearance on the chest radiograph of a six-year-old male patient and thoracic tomography was performed. On the right hemithorax  there was 3X3 cm mass was detected from apex to the right main bronchus. The patient was operated for bronchogenic cyst as a preliminary diagnosis.
The patient underwent thoracoscopy. Three 3 mm ports were placed and cyst was totally excised. Pathologic examination was confirmed the diagnosis of the bronchogenic cyst. The patient was discharged on postoperative day 3. By presented video, technical details of the operation were shared.

Altı yaşında erkek hasta öksürük yakınması ile çekilen akciğer grafisinde kitle görünümü olması üzerine torakal tomografi incelemesi yapıldı. Sağda apexten başlayıp trakea sağ ana bronş komşuluğuna inen 3X3 cm kitle tespit edildi. Bronkojenik kist ön tanısı ile opere edildi.

Hastaya torakoskopi yapıldı. Biri kamera ikisi çalışma olmak üzere üç adet 3mm lik port yerleştirildi. Kist total olarak eksize edildi. Patoloji sonucu brokojenik kist tanısı doğrulandı. Hasta post operatif 3. gününde taburcu edildi. Sunulan videoda operasyonun teknik detayları paylaşılmıştır.
