A six year old boy was brought to the emergency department with symptoms of after boy trouser’s zipper entrapment of his penis. On physical examination that was revealed not wearing underwear and the zipper was found to entrap prepuce of the penis. We tried to open the zipper, but the child is too agitated and we were not succeeded. A local anesthesia and sedation was performed. After providing sedation and relieved the pain of the child, the entrapped foreskin was released by opening the zipper. After the operation, minimal damage was observed the foreskin. The patient sent to home with oral painkillers and with no problem. There is no problem at control for a day and a week later. In this case, foreskin accidentally caught in the zipper and the attempted removal of the foreskin of the zipper by his family before being brought to the hospital, they were brought him to the hospital when they understood not removed it. We want to show that it is possible the removal of the zipper directly with sedation and local anesthesia. And minimal injury can occur in the foreskin during this process, later it is in recovered uneventfully and we also want to show that there is no need for an urgent surgical treatment or unplanned circumcision.
