Aim: We presented a case with lich-Gregoir operation for vesicoureteral reflux at right complete duplex system.

Case: The patient was 17 months old male and had  two urinary infection. Voiding cystourethrogram revealed that right complete duplex ureter with grade IV reflux to right inferior pole and grade III reflux to right upper pole. There was no reflux to left side. In DMSA, there was scar at right upper and inferior poles secondary to possible pyelonephritis (right 33% and left 67%). We performed a Lich-Gregoir procedure to the right complete duplex system for reflux. There was no complication.

Conclusion: In duplex system with VUR, laparoscopic Lich-Gregoir procedure is a reliable alternative to the open surgery.

Amaç: Bu videoda üst ve  alt pole reflüsü olan hastanın sağ dupleks üreterine laparoskopik Lich-Gregoir operasyonun teknik ayrıntılarını sunuyoruz.

Olgu; İki kez  idrar yolu enfeksiyonu geçiren 17 aylık erkek hastanın sistogramında sağ çift toplayıcı sistem saptandı.  Alt pole derece IV ve üst pole derece III reflü görüldü. Solda reflü yoktu. DMSA’da; sağ %33 ve sol %67 olarak belirlendi. Sağ üst ve alt polde skar, geçirilmiş pyelonefrit açısından yüksek kuşkulu sağ böbrek mevcuttu. Reflülü sağ çift toplayıcı sistemine laparoskopik olarak Lich-Gregoir operasyonu uygulandı. Komplikasyon olmadı.

Sonuç: Vezikoüreteral reflülü dupleks sistemlerde laparoskopik Lich-Gregoir yöntemi diğer yöntemlere iyi bir alternatiftir.
