In children, especially in younger ages, laparoscopic stone extraction could be performed in ureteral stone obstruction where ureterorenoscopy and stent could not be introduced. This video shows laparoscopic simultaneous proximal and distal ureterotomies done for stone extraction in 16 months old patient having hematuria followed by difficulty in micturition and ultrasound showing bilateral non-opaque multiple renal and ureteral stones. Laparoscopic exploration was decided following a failure of guide-wire and stent insertion during cystoscopy and ureterorenoscopy.
